How long will it last?

Permanent cosmetics usually last 2-5 years. This can vary based on your skin type, health, hydration, diet and lifestyle. Sun exposure, hormones, medications, chlorine, sweat, and skincare products are also big factors in fading.

Does it hurt?

You’ll feel a mild tickling sensation during the first pass, which lasts about a minute. After a stronger numbing product is applied, you shouldn’t feel much more, just a slight vibration from the tool.

How long is the procedure?

The procedure typically takes around two hours, including the consultation.

Will it rub off if I sweat or go swimming?

No, the pigment is placed into the skin and stays there as it heals, making it permanent.

What’s the difference between permanent makeup (PMU) and body tattoos?

Permanent makeup (PMU) uses liquid iron oxide pigment, which fades gently over time to enhance facial features. Body tattoos use solid ink that lasts for life but can change color (often to a bluish tint) due to sun exposure. Tattoos are usually more for

artistic designs on the body.

New client appointments and consultations

To book your first appointment or consultation for permanent cosmetics, we require a valid credit card to reserve your spot. Your card will not be charged before your appointment, but it’s needed to hold your 30- or 90-minute session.

Consultation fees

A 30-minute permanent cosmetic consultation costs $50. If you book and complete an appointment within 30 days, this fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

Cancellation policy

To avoid a cancellation fee, please give us at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Our services require specific setup and materials, which are prepared in advance. Because of this, it’s hard to rebook appointments on short notice. Our phones are open 24/7, so feel free to reach out with any questions before booking.

Refund and return policies

We don’t offer refunds for services, promotional or sale services, series services or gift certificates after three days from purchase. This includes permanent makeup, lash extensions, and rejuvenation treatments. If needed, we can transfer your service amount to a gift certificate for use within one year.

We also don’t offer refunds for any services that have already been completed. As for skincare products or devices, we don’t accept returns after 10 days from your purchase. Thank you for your understanding!
