To achieve the best microblading results at Lifen Skin Clinic, it’s important to be in good health before your session. Make sure you also get plenty of rest, eat well and avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand. Additionally, you shouldn’t take any blood-thinning medications like aspirin or undergo facial treatments like peels or microdermabrasion for two weeks prior. Your skin should also avoid sun exposure or tanning before your procedure.

After your microblading session, it’s normal to experience some itching and flaking in the first week – don’t pick or scratch the treated area, though. You should apply the post-care cream as instructed and avoid moisture during showers by applying a layer of cream before. Healing typically takes 14-21 days, with touch-ups suggested after this period. For the best results, try to avoid sweating, saunas, swimming and sun exposure for the first 10 days. You should also avoid using products with Retin-A, acids or anti-aging treatments on the brow area. Smoking may also cause the pigment to fade faster. For long-lasting results, apply sunscreen (SPF 30-50) to protect your brows from the sun.
